How to collaborate on the same running checklist process?

For team members to collaborate on the same exact process checklist, the process must be first started by clicking "Run Process". This can be done by the Admin for the first team member who receives the recurring process reminder by email:

How to do it:

  1. Team Member A receives a recurring checklist process
  2. Team Member A completes his/her tasks.
  3. Team Member A shares that process link with Team Member B.
  4. Repeat and submit

The admin can see who completed which tasks after the process is submitted.

How it works:

  1. Create a personal checklist.
  2. Click on the Share button at the top right of the checklist. 
  3. You have the option on the drop-down to set up recurring checklists, share checklists, or embed checklists. 

To set up recurring checklists; 

  1. Click on recurring checklists.
  2. Copy the link
  3. Send or share
  4. That person can "Run Process" over and over.

Collaborators can work on the same exact checklist you are working on.
